BOARDING RATES
Dry Lot Boarding $465.00
Same as Field Boarding but not on grass pastures.
Field Boarding $515.00
All horses receive 1# of LMF Super Supplement (vitamin/mineral supplement) daily, psyllium (to avoid sand colic) for one week and semi-annual de-worming at no extra charge.
Horses are fed either alfalfa in the morning and grass in the evening or all grass Teff is available for insulin resistant horses
Nelson heated automatic waterers are provided and checked twice a day
Shelters are 12-14' x 36' or 12-14' x 24' and face the east to provide protection from both the wind and rain.
There is a maximum of five horses at night on each five acre parcel shelter.
Fencing is round wood rails with an electric wire to prevent chewing around the perimeter of the property with metal pole fencing or broad electric tape fencing within.
Fly Predators are provided during the fly season
Semi-annual de-worming is provided at no additional charge
Private Paddock Boarding $515.00
(10% discount for second horse if two horses share paddock)
Horses have individual three sided shelters facing east away from the wind
Paddocks range in size from 24' X 100' to 100' x 200'
Fencing is a combination of wood, metal tubing and electric tape.
Waterers are Nelson heated automatic waterers and are checked twice a day
De-worming is provided at no extra charge
Horses can receive all alfalfa or all grass at no extra charge
Owner's supplements (pre-bagged by owner) are fed at no additional charge
LMF Super Supplement (vitamin/mineral), Psyllium (to avoid sand colic), Renew Gold (for weight gain), Well Solve L/S
(low carb high nutrition complete feed) can be purchased at cost and there is no charge to feed
Paddocks are cleaned daily and fly predators are provided during fly season
Stall Boarding $615.00
All stalls are safe and sturdy metal Barn Master stalls with heated automatic waterers and rubber mat floors
Stalls have Dutch doors on both the inside and outside.
Attached paddocks range from 16' x 24' to 36' x 24' and are metal pole fencing.
Stalls are: (1) 16' x 16' , (4) 12' x 16', and (3) 12' x 12'
De-worming is provided at no extra charge twice a year
Turn-out for exercise is provided six days a week
Stalls are cleaned daily and water is checked twice daily
Horses can receive all alfalfa or all grass at no extra charge
Owner's supplements are fed at no additional charge
Shavings are not included but are available for $10 per bale for an extra-large size bale

Prices are adjusted annually in May

SAFETY FEATURES
There is no barbed wire anywhere on the property.
There is an automatic electric gate at the entrance to the property so that any horse that gets loose cannot leave the property and run out in front of a car.
All waterers are heated to avoid the possibility of colic from a lack of drinking due to water that is too cold.
Both the owner and caretaker live on the 40 acre property which is completely fenced with solid round wood fencing that cannot be pushed through.
